CGO Studio is a space Caitlin has developed to provide artists with a safe environment to hone their craft. This studio offers in person and virtual voice lessons, acting coaching, movement workshops, and audition prep.

Most recently she was a faculty member at Ithaca College's Pre-College Musical Theater intensive, teaching "Acting the Song" for the BFA Musical Theater track students. During her time studying at Ithaca College she was the Teaching Assistant to Norm Johnson for "Movement for the Stage", a core curriculum course for the sophomore Musical Theater and Acting BFA students. Throughout her training at IC she studied several acting and movement techniques such as Meisner, Stanislovski, Chekhov, The Viewpoints, RASA, Laban, and Bioenergetics.
